Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher believes new Manchester City signing Erling Haaland is not a 'game changer' for the current champions in the Premier League.

Pep Guardiola's side pipped the Reds to the league title for a second time in four seasons last term as they won by just a single point. They've now invested in their squad further with the acquisition of the former Borussia Dortmund man.

However, Carragher believes his influence will shine through in the Champions League as opposed to the Premier League given they're already a dominant force domestically.
