ACT's likely new deputy chief minister emerges amid cabinet shakeup

Labor's Rachel Stephen-Smith is poised to become the territory's next deputy chief minister in a major cabinet reshuffle prompted by the resignation of Yvette Berry.

Ms Stephen-Smith confirmed she would seek the deputy chief ministership when ACT Labor caucus met on Monday morning.
