A mum was left shocked after learning her twins hadn't been conceived at the same time, with their conceptions taking place a full five days apart. Taking to TikTok with a video that's left people stunned, the mum said that she hadn't even realised such a thing was possible before becoming pregnant with her twins, Imelda and Lilo.
She found out about this unexpected gap during her very first ultrasound, with the doctor noticing that her unborn children were 'measuring differently'. For her 'whole life' up until this point, she'd always believed that twins were either conceived 'at the same time', or that the mother's 'egg split into two'.
