Finance advisory firm Hutcheon Mearns is diversifying into commercial property.
New division Hutcheon Mearns Real Estate will be headed up by Iain Landsman, who joins the company as director, moving from his previous role as a director with property consultant CBRE.
He will use his more than 15 years’ experience in the Scottish property market to position the new company at the forefront of the market, with strategic advice and deal execution.
