Husband remanded in custody charged with murder of his royal doctor wife

The husband of a royal GP has appeared before a crown court charged with her murder after she was found dead at her home near the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.

Dr Hannah Cain, 45, was found dead at her address in Fern Hill, Dersingham, in the early hours of October 4.
