Barry Morphew, whose wife Suzanne vanished on Mother's Day 2020, is due in a Colorado court on Tuesday, marking his first appearance since being re-charged with her murder.
Mr Morphew was arrested in Arizona on June 20, following a new indictment in connection with Suzanne Morphew's death. This development comes three years after an initial murder case against him was dismissed due to "prosecutorial issues with evidence."
