Mould levels at the Calvary Mater hospital were breached on 185 occasions in the 16 months to August this year, with the worst about 50 times the limit.
Internal documents, obtained by the Newcastle Herald, further reveal the extent of the mould crisis, amid moves by the Minns government to take action to fix the problems.
