A resident from Flintshire was left stunned after being notified by his CCTV cameras that someone was defecating on his driveway. Trevor Williamson received the notification on his mobile on Tuesday night, which uncovered what can only be described as inexplicable scenes.
The CCTV footage captured a man casually walking up the driveway before he squats down - with his fingers placed on the ground to keep him steady - and proceeds to defecate on Trevor's property. North Wales Live reports that the noise that followed (which they muted) was not pleasant.
Trevor told North Wales Live: "Well I'll be honest, as disgusting as it is, I'm glad the wife or the dog didn’t catch him or the fella would have been in some serious trouble. I received a notification on my phone displaying the CCTV and couldn't believe what I was seeing.

"There he was, clear as day, some fella squatting on our drive who had obviously been caught short. I couldn't believe it, at half seven as well? I'll tell him this for free, next time there’s Ewloe Social Club across the road and they've got actual toilets."
Trevor told NWL that bar "having to hose the s*** off the drive", he and his son Michael found the funny side of the situation and were both more shocked at the time that someone would do such a thing on a residential street during the early hours of the evening.
At first, Trevor posted the shocking footage on the Hawarden and Ewloe community Facebook page - a short version to save group members from seeing or hearing the full act. He said: "Video is not clear and cut short but obvious what he's about to do. Can anyone put a name to the face?"
But is this act illegal? The summary offence of urination or defecation in a public place states: "A person who urinates or defecates in any public place otherwise than by using a lavatory commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level three (£1000) on the standard scale."
Committing this offence could lead to an unlimited fine and prison term.
