Three Falls, One Weekend, Zero Useful Signage
Hundru drops 98 metres off the Subarnarekha river. Dassam, fed by the Kanchi, fans out wide and shallow before it plunges 44 metres. Hirni, the quietest of the three, sits 75 kilometres from Ranchi inside a forest reserve where the approach road narrows to a single lane and the last tea stall disappears two kilometres before the falls. None of them are hard to reach. All three are consistently undersold, under-signed, and under-explained by every official tourism resource Jharkhand has produced.
