Medical service crews are currently engaged in the challenging task of recovering hundreds of bodies scattered around the Al-Shifa medical complex in Gaza. This grim situation has unfolded following the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the besieged compound. The head of ambulance crews in Gaza city has described the scene as a catastrophe against humanity and the health system in the Gaza Strip.

Dr. Mustafa Barghouti, a prominent figure in the Palestinian medical community, has characterized the situation as a massacre, with reports of hundreds of mutilated bodies of children, women, and civilian men who were allegedly killed by the Israeli army. Shockingly, around 130 sick and injured individuals were discovered in dire health conditions, suffering from dehydration, starvation, infected wounds, and covered in flies.

Disturbing videos have surfaced showing decomposed and disfigured bodies partially buried under the rubble of what used to be Gaza's largest hospital. The International Defense Force (IDF) has been called upon to address accusations of crushing bodies. In a recent briefing, an IDF spokesperson stated that the military had made efforts to differentiate between patients, medics, civilians seeking shelter, and militants. The IDF emphasized that their actions during the 14-day siege were part of an anti-terror mission aimed at minimizing civilian harm.

According to the Civil Defense in Gaza, a staggering 300 bodies have been discovered within the Al-Shifa complex, underscoring the magnitude of the devastation and loss of life in this tragic event.
