Hull City seem poised to sign Crystal Palace teenager Malcolm Ebiowei with talks taking place in the next '48 hours', according to the Championship side's vice-chairman Tan Kesler.
With the January transfer window now open, the future of Ebiowei can be resolved after a quiet first six months with Crystal Palace following his move from Derby County, who were relegated to League One.
And it seems a reunion with Liam Rosenior, who worked with the 19-year-old at Pride Park, is about to take place with the once-linked Manchester United target about to make the switch to the Tigers on loan for the rest of the season.

Speaking prior to Hull's match against Wigan Athletic, Kesler said he would be in contact with Ebiowei's agent in the next few days.
“We’ll get it done. I’m talking to his agent in the next 48 hours,” said Kesler.
Eboiwei left the Rams in the summer after breaking into the senior team in the Championship under then-manager Wayne Rooney and moved to Palace on a free transfer, penning a five-year deal with the Premier League outfit.
Speaking previously about the possibility of a loan deal taking place, Rosenior said last month via the Yorkshire Post: "He's [Ebiowei] one of a few people we're looking at. It's up to Crystal Palace as his parent club what they do with him. He's in our thoughts as many people are at the moment, but there's nothing concrete right now."
