A new restaurant serving giant 22-inch pizzas is heading to the Time Square development in Warrington. Parlour Bar + Eatery will be a ‘casual dining’ spot, aiming to bring a flavour of New York to the town centre.
The pizzas, done in the New York style over the classic Neapolitan, will also be sold as slices, alongside a selection of small plate dishes too. As well as pizzas and the small plates, there will also be a range of craft beers and cocktails too.
There is also an outside terrace area for al fresco eating, and every week will feature entertainment from live bands to DJs. The spot should be all set to open in September.

James Wrigley, owner of Parlour Bar + Eatery, said “We cannot wait to bring this brand new concept to Warrington. Time Square has so much to offer and we’re going to add something extra special to an already exciting town centre.
“Our vision is to create a truly welcoming, laid back destination for Warrington - a place for people to come together. Food and drink is at the heart of the concept and we’re really excited to also bring together local, live music and DJs to Time Square. Parlour will be a place where everyone feels at home.”
Parlour is part of the £142 million redevelopment project at Time Square, which first opened up in 2019. Cocktail bar brand The Botanist has its flagship venue there, as well as the Market Hall, which boasts a range of independent food vendors like vegan junk food crew Wholesome Junkies, Krua Thai, and dessert makers Darkside of the Spoon.
