Huge number of chicken products urgently recalled from Aldi, M&S, Tesco, Waitrose, Co-op and Sainsbury's over salmonella fears

A huge number of chicken products, including sandwiches and wraps, sold at Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Co-op and M&S have been recalled due to possible salmonella contamination, according to Trading Standards. It's the latest product recall update amid the salmonella chicken crisis, which has seen Pret A Manger remove all the chicken items on its menu.

The latest list of product recalls also contains an updated list of Kinder products that have also been removed from supermarket shelves over salmonella concerns. When a product is recalled for any reason, the organisation shares details on what shoppers should do if they have bought the item, as well as information on why the product is being removed.

To help you keep yourself and your family healthy we have gone through some of the most recent recalls in the last week. Have a scroll through the list to check you haven't purchased any of the recalled products.
