Hawksmoor is opening a brand-new steakhouse restaurant in Liverpool, bringing its charcoal grilled steaks and "award-winning" cocktails to the city.
Based in the grade II listed India Buildings on the corner of Brunswick Street and Fenwick Street, Hawksmoor Liverpool will offer diners its 35-day dry aged steaks among other dishes. The chain has made a name for itself having recently ranked number one on the World’s Best Steak Restaurants list, and currently has seven restaurants in London, one in Manchester, one in Edinburgh and one in New York.
Co-founder Will Beckett said: “We‘ve spent lots of time in Liverpool over the years, and it’s one of the most exciting and dynamic cities in the country. We’ve found a beautiful, listed building in such a great location. It’s an amazing site, we're really excited to do it justice by building something really special.
