A new robata grill restaurant is set to open its doors in Liverpool city centre next month,
Based on the ground floor of the new Radisson RED Liverpool, which is also set to launch in December, the venue will offer views of the iconic St. George’s Hall, looking out onto the Christmas Markets and the city’s culture district. The new restaurant, STOKE, promises to be “anything but ordinary.”
The venue is set in the Grade II-listed North Western Hall, next to Lime Street Station. STOKE is a modern, barbecue restaurant specialising in organic seasonal dishes and small plates.
