Accommodation is arranged over four floors and boasts seven king-sized bedrooms, three reception rooms, four bathrooms, a music room, games room, and a gym. There's also a private terrace outdoors to take in the views.
The ground floor comprises the living areas, including a huge open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The games room is located in the basement along with the gym and utility room.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, including a massive master suite complete with a dressing area and en-suite shower room, as well as a stylish family bathroom with a metallic standalone tub and a steam room.
The remaining four bedrooms and another bathroom are on the top floor.
The property is available from £6,000, or £36,000 in total if you want to stay for the duration of the festivities.
Included in the price is a private chef, a daily cleaning service, a turn down service and a chauffer to and from Eurovision events.
Liverpool was named as host city for the Eurovision Song Contest in October 2022 and thousands of fans from across the world are set to flock to the city.
Following the announcement, hotel prices in the city centre reportedly rocketed to upwards of £700 and Airbnb has since put out a call to Liverpool residents to rent out their homes for the event.
There's also an option to stay a little longer on Westbourne Road. The mansion is listed on Zoopla for rent for £5,000 per calendar month.
It's available from May 15, 2023 - the Monday after Eurovision - and it also comes fully furnished. Estate agents Curlett Jones Estates said you can "literally bring your suitcases and move-in".
Property prices on Westbourne Road are booming; the overall average in the last 12 months was £1.15m, up 72% on the previous year and 73% higher than the 2011 peak of £665,875.
