Fire crews are currently battling a huge inferno that is tearing its way through a Scots church.
Emergency services were called to the former St Andrew's Church on Main Street in Alexandria, West Dunbartonshire, at 7.29pm today.
Three fire engines are currently in attendance.
Dramatic aerial footage from the scene shows the blaze tearing through the B-listed building.
Huge clouds of smoke engulf the former church, with footage showing the plumes spreading across the Vale of Leven.
There are no recorded injuries.
The cause of the blaze is unknown at this time.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service ( SFRS ) spokesperson said: "We were alerted to a building fire on Main Street in Alexandria, West Dunbartonshire, at 7.29pm on Saturday, April 23.
"SFRS mobilised three appliances to the scene.
"There are no reports of casualties and crews remain in attendance."
It comes after another blaze also broke out at the Church on Easter Sunday, which police are currently investigating.
The building had been at the heart of redevelopment plans, which would have seen £750k injected into the space.
Viresco Studios had been awarded the grant by the Scottish Government to transform the church into a state-of-the-art creative venue.
When complete, developers say that the church will feature studios, workshops, training spaces, event and exhibition areas and a cafe.
