Huge bang heard across Leeds in middle of night leaving couple terrified

Leeds Beeston Hunslet

Tia Spencer posted on Facebook group leedsplace around 2am to say her and her partner 'woke up in fear' at their home in Belle Isle when they heard the bang.

Dozens of people jumped on to comment on her post - either to reassure her or say they'd also heard the bang from other parts of Leeds.
