HS Prannoy advances to Round of 16 in Australian Open

NEW DELHI: HS Prannoy, India's world No. 10 shuttler, advanced to the round of 16 at the Australian Open Super 500 tournament in Sydney on Wednesday by defeating his Brazilian opponent Ygor Coelho in straight sets, 21-10, 23-21.

Coelho put up a strong fight in the second set, but Prannoy managed to secure the victory.
