Scottish care company HRM Homecare Services is launching a recruitment drive that should see it take on 365 home carers in a year.
The campaign will see the Ayrshire-headquartered company more than double its workforce over the next 12 months.
The move comes as the care sector faces a severe shortage in the number of home carers, a trend which accelerated post-Brexit and during the coronavirus crisis.
