Almost a quarter of a million people tuned into the Ulster final, according to RTE.
Figures released by the station confirmed that an average of 243,000 tuned in to watch the anticipated decider on The Sunday Game on RTE 2.
A spokesperson for RTE said: "The Ulster Final on The Sunday Game Live on RTÉ2 yesterday drew an average audience of 243,000 viewers, with a share of 31% of those watching TV at the time. Viewing peaked at 369,000 at 18.31 for the penalty shoot-out. RTÉ Player had 28,000 streams."

RTE released their latest weekend ratings, and it appears the Eurovision Grand Final was the most-watched programme with an average 371,300 tuning in, despite Ireland not being in the final.
"The final of the Eurovision Song Contest was watched by 371,300 viewers on RTÉ One and RTÉ One +1 with a 38% share. On RTÉ Player Eurovision had 132,000 streams last week including 63,000 streams to date for the final."
The Late Late Show was the second most-watched, with Ryan Tubridy pulling in an average of 368,300 viewers to the RTE One Friday night show and its catch-up service.
"Friday’s episode has had 21,000 streams to yesterday on RTÉ Player. That's 1,241,000 in total for the series to date but please note that excludes the Toy Show which adds an extra 314,000 streams."
And Charlene McKenna’s Clean Sweep had an average of 315,500 viewers across RTE One and RTE One +1 and a 24% share, while episode seven of Claire Byrne’s Ireland's Smartest had an average of 235,700 viewers on RTÉ One and RTÉ One +1 - a 24% share
