The highly anticipated Women’s Euro 2022 games are finally here, with England preparing for the first match of the European championship.
Over the course of a month, teams will be battling it out on the pitch to secure the title this summer, with the final being held at London’s Wembley stadium.
This year will see England coach Sarina Wiegman hoping to guide the team to the finals for the first time since 2009.

Each game will be available to watch on BBC One, BBC Two and BBC iPlayer with a valid TV license.
You can watch the games live on TV, from your iPad, smartphone and any device with the BBC iPlayer app.
This includes England’s first game against Austria, which kicks off at 8 pm on Wednesday, July 6, 2022.

What is the Women’s Euro 2022 match schedule?
There will be a total of 31 matches played during the month-long period of the Women’s Euro 2022 games.
The competition kicks off on Wednesday, July 6, and ends on Sunday, July 31, 2022. You can watch every match on BBC One, Two and BBC iPlayer.
In Group A are England (hosts), Austria, Norway and Northern Ireland, while Group B features Germany, Denmark, Spain and Finland.
Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal and Switzerland are in Group C, with Portugal replacing Russia. And, France, Italy, Belgium and Iceland are in Group D.
