Football’s top performers in 2022 are tonight celebrated at The Best FIFA Football Awards ceremony.
Lionel Messi, Karim Benzema and Kylian Mbappe are up for the men’s award, while Lionel Scaloni is a strong favourite to pick up the coach gong after leading Argentina to the World Cup.
In the women’s game, Beth Mead and Alexia Putellas once again go head-to-head, as they did for the Women’s Ballon d’Or. Sarina Wiegman and Mary Earps are also up for awards after their roles in the Lionesses’ Euros success.
