In an NBA playoff season that almost no one could have predicted, it all boils down to the Denver Nuggets and the Miami Heat in the NBA finals.
The series will certainly prove interesting to watch as this will be the Denver Nuggets' first franchise appearance in the finals, and as an eight-seed, the Miami Heat weren't even expected to make it out of the first round, let alone make it to the championship games.
As the odds-on favorites, the Denver Nuggets have two-time MVP Nikola Jokic leading the way, and his stats in the post-season have been incredibly impressive. His performance has arguably only been eclipsed by the mind-blowing efforts posted by Jimmy Butler, aka Jimmy Buckets. Butler has put South Beach on his back to get them to this stage, and he hopes to capture his first championship ring.
Here's everything you need to know going into the 2023 NBA Finals.
