Manchester City will kick-off their competitive season on Saturday when they face Liverpool in the Community Shield.
The traditional curtain raiser for the new season sees the reigning Premier League champions take on the holders of the FA Cup, although this year the showpiece fixture won't take place at Wembley Stadium.
That's because Wembley is hosting the final of the UEFA Women's European Championship on Sunday, which England - and a host of City players - will be playing in. Therefore the Community Shield will take place at Leicester's King Power Stadium on Saturday 30 July, with kick-off set for 5pm.

Pep Guardiola has an almost fully-fit squad to select his starting XI from, with the likes of Erling Haaland, Kalvin Phillips, Julian Alvarez and Stefan Ortega all hoping to make their competitive debuts for the Blues.
Phil Foden, John Stones, Ilkay Gundogan and Aymeric Laporte were not part of City's US tour, so it is unclear if they will feature against Jurgen Klopp's side. They are expected to take part in training this week though.
Liverpool will have a new striker of their own who City should be wary of. Darwin Nunez arrived from Benfica for a club-record £85m fee, and has settled into his new side well.
The Uruguayan striker scored four goals in his side's recent friendly win against RB Leipzig, so the likes of Ruben Dias and Nathan Ake will have to have their wits about them in Leicester.
The last time City won the Community Shield was against Liverpool at Wembley, when the Blues triumphed 5-4 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in normal time.
