Lawrence Okolie comes up against mandatory challenger Michal Cieslak tonight in London as they fight for the WBO Cruiserweight title.
Okolie won the title against Krzysztof Głowacki in March 2021 before defending his title against Dilan Prašović on the undercard of Anthony Joshua's loss to Oleksadr Usyk at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last May.
Polish fighter Cieslak has previously fought for a world title but has not entered the ring since May 2021 and has only one loss in his 22 fights, with 15 wins via knockout.
A win could see Okolie face a unification bout against either Mairis Briedis and Jai Opetaia or a move up to heavyweight which would open the door for a bout against some of the biggest names in British boxing.
The 29-year-old from Hackney won a bronze medal at the Rio 2016 Olympics but despite this has not reached the same levels of stardom as fellow Olympian Joshua, who he could one day fight if he moves up to the heavyweight ranks.
