The UEFA Champions League sees the continent's best football clubs battle it out to decide who will be crowned the kings of Europe at Wembley on June 1.
And, after eight long months, the grand finale has finally arrived. 15-time winners Real Madrid are taking on the underdogs of Borussia Dortmund.
Having destroyed Barcelona in the Supercopa de España final and won the league by 10 points, Carlo Ancelotti has once again turned Los Blancos into the dominant force in Spanish football. Now they have the chance to extend their record of success in the UCL.
Their semi-final saw them do what Real Madrid always seem to do and miraculously squeeze through against Bayern Munich. Former Stoke man Joselu was the hero, with a brace that took the Spaniards through 4-3 on aggregate.
Domestically, Borussia Dortmund have had their worst season in almost a decade, finishing 5th in the Bundesliga. Losing the likes of Erling Haaland and Jude Bellingham was always going to be tough, but Edin Terzić's squad have still underperformed.
In Europe, though, they've been ruthless. Topping the group of death ahead of PSG, Milan and Newcastle, they then left PSV, Atlético Madrid and PSG (again!) in their wake on the way to an unlikely final. Can they really upset the odds and pull off a shock victory akin to the one over Juventus 27 years ago?

The UK's TNT Sports may require a paid subscription for every other game of the Champions League, but they show the final absolutely free. You just need to download the Discovery+ app on your mobile device, web or TV streaming device, register your details online and stream the game for free.
It's a similar story in Australia, with the final going out for free on the 9Now streaming service.
In Ireland, they'll be shown on free-to-air channels and on its easy-to-use streamers RTÉ Player and Virgin Media Player. The final itself will be on the RTÉ Player.
Similarly, Austrians are able to watch via ServusTV, with commentary of games in German.

When is the 2023/24 Champions League final?
Wembley Stadium in London will host this season's UEFA Champions League final.
The 2023/24 Champions League final will take place on Saturday, June 1 2024.
The last time England's national stadium was last used for the UCL final was for an all-German affair when Bayern Munich beat Borussia Dortmund 2-1 in the 2012/13 tournament.
Predictions: Who will win the 2023/24 Champions League?
Winning back-to-back titles is far from easy – in fact, only Real Madrid have taken home consecutive trophies since the competition changed name from the European Cup in 1992. But Pep Guardiola's Manchester City will be shooting to do exactly that this season after their 1-0 win in last year's final against Inter, and they're heavily tipped to succeed.
The hottest competition will come from the usual suspects. Champions of their respective domestic leagues, Barcelona and Bayern Munich Napoli will be expecting to go deep. And when it comes to the Champions League, you'd be a fool to bet against 14-time champs Real Madrid.
The likes of Arsenal and PSG were also among the bookies favorites at the outset of the tournament.
Who won the Champions League last year?
After 15 years and over a billion pounds, the grand Manchester City plan finally came to fruition.
City didn't lose a single game on their way to the final at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul last June, easing their way to convincing wins over RB Leipzig, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid in the knockout stages. The awesome Erling Haaland top scored with 12 goals for the free-scoring Citizens.
Pep Guardiola's men had a tougher time in the final against stubborn Inter Milan, but a second-half goal from Rodri was enough to secure victory and the treble.
