Arsenal began the month with a hard-fought 2-1 win over Chelsea to maintain their five-point lead over Manchester City at the top of the table.
Though the pressure does not ease up as Mikel Arteta’s side face a Brighton team that have found form in the past ten days, beating Brentford and Nottingham Forest to ease any relegation concerns.
It could be a pivotal night in the title race as at the same time Arsenal are in action at the Amex Stadium, Man City will host Forest at the Etihad Stadium.
This will be the third meeting between the Gunners and Brighton this season. Arsenal have won both thus far - at the Emirates Stadium - and are unbeaten against the Seagulls in six, dating all the way back to May 2023.
