The Blues received a further boost when Ruben Dias returned to training after missing the recent run with a hamstring injury, with fellow absentee Cole Palmer also returning to practice after not playing since the beginning of January.
Jose Gimenez is a doubt for the hosts. He didn't travel to Manchester for the first leg after limping off during their clash with Alaves. Hector Herrera's involvement remains questionable after missing their last three games.
