Occupying the role originated by Ruth Gordon, Dianne Wiest is elderly busybody Minnie Castevet, whose benevolent façade threatens to ensnare Terry in a web of evil incarnate. Promisingly, Variety have lauded Wiest’s performance as "the movie’s secret weapon" and "deeply unsettling".
