Can I stream live F1 races in the UK?
Fans wanting to stream races live will need a subscription to either Sky Sports or NowTV. Formula 1’s streaming service – F1 TV – is also available in the UK, however it doesn’t show the races live.
It instead gives fans access to real-time data, including live leaderboard data, team radio clips and live driver maps. A subscription to the service also gives fans access to exclusive documentaries and the F1 archives.

The cheapest way to watch Formula 1 in the UK is to watch the highlights on Channel 4, which is free to view. This is not the live races but is a good option for those who still want to be involved in the action.
A Sky Sports subscription starts at £22 a month but is an additional cost to the existing £25 subscription fee for Sky. For additional F1 content from Sky, including the live driver onboard cameras, customers would need to subscribe to Sky Q starting from £31 monthly or purchase a Sky Glass TV which starts at £14 a month.
NowTV also offers viewers the chance to watch the Sky Sports F1 broadcast with an unlimited Sky Sports membership, which costs £34.99 a month.
A subscription to F1 TV which does not stream the races live, but offers customers access to exclusive data, costs £19.99 a year or £2.29 a month.
