The current heatwave in Scotland means many people are keen to get outside and soak up the sunshine before it disappears again.
Temperatures in Threave, Dumfries even peaked at a scorching 30.7C earlier this week, with the rest of the country experiencing extremely high levels of heat too.
So it's not going to come as a surprise if you come in after a long day outdoors to find you've got a touch of sunburn. Although it can be sore and uncomfortable, it's usually simple enough to treat if it's not too severe.
