Breasts differ widely from one individual to another. Size, form, and colour are all hereditary characteristics. But on the contrary, breasts also vary and grow over the course of a woman's life.
A woman's breasts are glandular tissue (which produces milk) and fatty tissue (which creates fat). The breasts fully grow during pregnancy, and the development is aided by a complicated combination of hormones, including estrogens, progesterone, and prolactin. The breast size is determined by the quantity of fat in the breast.
As Ayurveda claims, the preponderance of Vata dosha happens naturally, which causes ptosis (sagging breasts) at this stage of life. Also, according to the Ayurveda, Breasts are the pathway for milk production.
Breasts that are saggy or drooping are typical of ageing, but some lifestyle choices can cause breast sagging at any age. When perfectly-shaped breasts start to droop, it may negatively influence your appearance and self-confidence. Breast tone can be affected by age, menopause, mental stress, and oestrogen insufficiency. Collagen deficiency, obesity, many pregnancies, smoking, and hereditary factors can all contribute to the condition.
