You have to wait until you're pretty deep into the main story to romance Kerry in Cyberpunk 2077, but once you meet him, it thankfully doesn't take too long to start wooing Mr. Kerry Eurodyne.
That said, as with the other Cyberpunk 2077 romance options, you still have to complete the right quests and pick a few specific dialogue options if you want to ensure you enter a proper relationship with Kerry in Cyberpunk 2077. Or, you can just have one night of fun with him, if that's more your jam.
