Known for her whimsical, observational style of comedy, Sara Pascoe has announced that she will be touring the UK and Ireland in 2025.
The actress and former host of The Great British Sewing Bee has made a name for herself with her stand-up routines and TV appearances, which include Out of Her Mind, Have I Got News for You and 8 Out of 10 Cats.
Last year, 43-year-old Pascoe said that she was “determined” to share a positive message about IVF during her comedy routines. With her husband, fellow comedian Steen Raskopoulos, Pascoe has two children who were born through in vitro fertilisation (IVF), and were born in 2022 and 2023.
Currently, the comedian hosts a book club with fellow comedian Cariad Lloyd and hosts Comedy Central’s panel show Guessable.
Announcing the tour, which is named Sara Pascoe: I Am A Strange Gloop, Pascoe wrote on Instagram: “Have you ever been awake in the middle of the night and thought something so smart and astute that you couldn’t wait for the world to wake up so you could tell them?”
“THIS SHOW IS THAT THOUGHT. In that it doesn’t make much sense and is a bit weird on reflection.”
