To get Otoya and Karasu in Azure Latch, you will have to use the Style Spins provided by the game. How they work is that the rarer the target style is, the smaller the chances of getting it. Regular Spin costs $250 Style Coins, while the Lucky Spin costs $15000 and has significantly better odds of dropping Otoya and Karasu. Otoya's best ability is the "Center of the World" skill, while Karasu boasts a powerful "New Goal Method" move.
