There are two main ways to get Gingerbread Bear. You can collect it from the map or obtain it as a drop reward.
Location 1
You can find a Gingerbread Bear in the top part of the Christmas tree. This is right in front of the Spider.
Location 2
There is a new sticker on the left-most side of the map. Here, you can find another Gingerbread Bear behind the Sticker Stack Machine.
Location 3
You can find a Gingerbread bear in front of the hives in the Retro Swarm Challenge.

Bee Bear Questline
You can collect lots of Gingerbread Bears in Bee Swarm Simulator by simply completing the Bee Bear Questline for the ongoing Beesmas 2025 Event. Almost all quests award 1 Gingerbread Bear; later quests, such as 7, 8, 9, and 10, award 2 per quest.
Boss Drops
You can defeat bosses like Stump Snail, Coconut Crab, and King Beetle to get some Gingerbread Bears. These are everyday drops from the bosses. So, you consistently eliminate them to get a lot of Gingerbread Bear.
Memory Match
The Memory Match is another great mini-game that players can play to earn Gingerbread Bears as drop rewards.

No, you could no longer obtain an Aged Gingerbread Bear in Bee Swarm Simulator. Earlier, when it was available, players could save a normal Gingerbread Bear for more than a year to convert it into an Aged Gingerbread Bear, which has better bond stats and a higher chance of getting a Gifted Bee.
