How to complete the Ultimate Driving Machine challenge in Forza Horizon 6

The Ultimate Driving Machine challenge is now live in Forza Horizon 6, and we will need to complete it to come close to unlocking the main rewards of the Welcome to Japan festival. This challenge is part of the Winter playlist, and we have four tasks to complete.

    • Earn 3 stars at Speed Traps
    • Take a photo of your 2020 BMW M2 Competition Coupe
    • Complete 3 laps at the Soni Time Attack

So, the Ultimate Driving Machine challenge has four tasks. The first one is to own and drive the 2020 BMW M2 Competition Coupe. I already owned this (unlocked it from a Horizon event). If you have the car, just choose the vehicle and drive to a Horizon festival to complete the challenge.

Open the map and select a Speed Trap while you’re still in the 2020 BMW M2 CC. Head over to the spot and ensure you meet the speed requirement to get all three stars. You need to do this just once to complete the task.

Ideally, pick a spot that has a nice straight stretch. That allows you to pick up pace and meet the threshold.

This is a basic task. Enter the photo mode and snap a picture of your car. Save the image, and you are done. You can also download and share the photo if required from the official Forza website.

Complete 3 laps at the Soni Time Attack

The final task is to head to the Soni Time Attack spot. I have marked its location in the image above. Once you reach the destination, complete three laps at any speed in the BMW M2 CC, and the final task is done.

Finishing all four tasks fetches you Festival Points that will be helpful towards meeting the final goal. You’ll also get 25,000 credits to add to your cash reserve.
