There are several bounties to complete in the Hernand region in Crimson Desert, and one of them involves taking down Alessio. Doing so gets you different rewards, but the payout depends on whether Alessio is returned alive or not.
Compared to some of the previous bounties, Alessio's quest is slightly trickier. However, the basic structure is the same as the other ones: you locate the bounty target from its hideout, capture it, and then bring it to jail.
