How to claim your part of the $2.2 million Equifax class action settlement

Victims of Equifax credit reporting violations are running out of time to claim their part of a multimillion-dollar class action lawsuit.

Around 37,000 affected consumers have until September 1 to submit a claim of up to $59.70, as part of a $2.2 million settlement against the credit bureau, according to the case’s claims website.
