PEAK is a pretty brutal game especially when you're playing solo, and using a cheat or two can save your run.

It could give you an advantage yes, but it could also ruin the other person's experience at the same time. The game doesn't feature any additional anti-cheat software, so you technically won't get reprimanded for it, but it's just bad practice.
