West Ham United’s total earnings from this season’s Europa Conference League will climb to above £7million if they beat AEK Larnaca in this month’s round of 16 tie.
The Hammers head to Cyprus on Thursday night to take on the current Cypriot top-flight leaders at the AEK Arena, hoping to continue their perfect run of eight wins from eight in Europe’s third-tier club competition this term.
Already this season, after qualifying for the group stage via the play-off knockout round and winning all six of their group stage matches to qualify for the competition’s last 16, they have pocketed a total of €7,190,000 (£6,384,432) so far.

A win for the Hammers against the Cypriot side over two legs would see them given a further €1million (£887,960) in prize money for reaching the last eight of the competition, which would take West Ham’s total prize money to €8,190,000 (£7.272,392).
Should West Ham continue to progress through the competition’s knockout rounds, they could earn as much as a further €8million in the competition, which would take their total prize money to €15,190,000 (£13,488,112).
