How many minutes played by every Leeds United player in Australia tour as new signing leads way

Leeds United's pre-season tour of Australia came to an end on Friday, as Leeds drew 1-1 with Premier League rivals Crystal Palace.

It means Jesse Marsch's side leave Australia with a real mixed bag of results - a win, a draw and a defeat. The Whites defeated Brisbane Roar in their opening game, before losing 1-0 to Aston Villa.

However, as the footballing cliché goes, results aren't important in pre-season, and Marsch will be encouraged with some aspects of the team's performances, and individual displays as well.

The tour didn't go fully to plan for some Leeds players, with the likes of new signing Luis Sinisterra and promising youngster Archie Gray picking up injuries, meaning their minutes were reduced. Captain Liam Cooper travelled Down Under, but sat out of every game with an Achilles injury.

Out of the entire squad, it was new full-back Rasmus Kristensen who played the most minutes on the tour with 199. Jack Harrison and Robin Koch follow closely behind with 197 and 196 respectively.

At the bottom of the list, teenager Gray only played 37 minutes due to being stretchered off against Aston Villa, after being on the end of a strong challenge from John McGinn. Fringe players like Leo Hjelde and Cody Drameh also didn't clock up many minutes, while Sinisterra only played 72 minutes in total, after coming off early on against Crystal Palace with a hamstring injury.

Fellow new summer additions Brenden Aaronson (152), Tyler Adams (143) and Marc Roca (135) all got valuable minutes into the legs.
