A brand new thriller starring Jill Halfpenny is starting on Channel 5. The TV drama, The Holiday, is based on the thrilling bestselling novel of the same name from T.M Logan.
The series follows four families who take a group holiday to Malta, but everything is turned upside down and the dream holiday turns into a nightmare when someone ends up being murdered.
Former soap star and Strictly Come Dancing winner Jill Halfpenny will lead the cast and is being joined by the likes of Owen McDonnell (Killing Eve, The Bay) and Aidan McArdle (Maigret, Mr Slefridge). Kat Simons (Ordinary Lies) and Siobhan Hewlett (Brakes) also join the cast.

How many episodes of Channel 5's The Holiday are there?
The first episode in the four-part series will air on Tuesday, March 1 from 9pm. Channel 5 have confirmed that the drama will air across four consecutive nights with the final episode airing on Friday, March 4 at 9pm.
The second instalment will air on Wednesday, March 2 from 9pm. You will be able to catch up on any missed episodes on Channel 5's streaming site My5.
