Before We Die is back for series two. The Channel 4 drama, starring Lesley Sharp and Vincent Regan who reprise their roles as Hannah Laing and Billy Murdoch, returned to screens for its second season on Sunday, June 25.
Series one, which is based on the Swedish series of the same name, aired in 2021 and revolved around Lesley's character, a detective who, along with fellow officer Billy Murdoch, tries to protect her son Christian from a crime family.

How many episodes of Before We Die are there?
There are five hour-long instalments in series two of Before We Die. The first episode aired on Channel 4 at 9pm on Sunday, June 25, with the second continuing at the same time on the same channel on Monday, June 26.
The series continues every night at 9pm until the final episode airs on Thursday, June 29, meaning you can watch each episode on Channel 4 each evening.
