Liverpool will have to find an available time and date to fulfil Premier League games against Wolves and Chelsea after seeing back-to-back domestic fixtures called off.
It was today announced the Reds' match with Chelsea, scheduled to take place on Sunday afternoon, was one of three top-flight games that would no longer be possible to play due to the logistical challenges that have been thrown up following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II and her subsequent state funeral.
As a result of these changes to the calendar, Liverpool will not have featured in a Premier League match for close to a month by the time they take on Brighton on October 1. With an international break on the horizon, Jurgen Klopp will have plenty of time to plan possible solutions to the current struggles of his side.
