Rashida Jones is a terrific actress, with starring roles in The Office, Parks and Recreation, The Social Network and I Love You, Man.
But with the legendary Quincy Jones dying at the age of 91, some folks are wondering how she’s related to him.
Here’s the answer: Quincy is her dad. He had seven children by five mothers, and Rashida is one of them — she’s the daughter of actress Peggy Lipton.

“He’s lived such a big life,” Rashida said to USA TODAY back in 2018. “I just cannot believe all of this experience is contained in this one human being who just happens to be my dad.”
