How fake passport and asylum bid exposed gangster Himanshu Bhau in US

A high-stakes gamble to secure asylum in North America appears to have exposed the location of notorious North Indian gangster Himanshu Bhau.

Following reports of his detention in Nevada by TOI, sources revealed that a brief, staged detention in February by Bhau and his associate Neeraj Faridpuria-intended to exploit legal loopholes and secure asylum, backfired and ruined their plan.
