How Disney is trying to save Snow White amid bad reviews and controversies

Like Snow White herself, Disney’s latest live-action remake is in need of saving following savage reviews by critics and controversies of its own making.

The Marc Webb-directed musical fantasy is released in UK cinemas on Friday but producers are reportedly already in crisis mode to try to salvage as much of the $270m budget as possible.
