Jessica Biel has reportedly expressed disappointment over the release of bodycam footage from husband Justin Timberlake's 2024 DUI arrest in Sag Harbor, New York, with a source close to the actress telling People magazine she is 'not happy' about the renewed scrutiny. The Sag Harbor Village Police Department published the video over the weekend of 20-21 March 2026, following a settlement after Timberlake's failed bid to suppress it.
It can be recalled that Timberlake, 44, was pulled over in the early hours of 18 June 2024 after leaving the American Hotel bar with friends, initially facing one count of driving while intoxicated plus citations for running a stop sign and drifting out of lane. His legal team insisted from the start he was 'not intoxicated,' pushing hard against the charges.
